Bare Paws can even stay at your home and give cat attention when you are away from your home for an entire night. Your cat will get the amount of attention, play time and social time. Breakfast and dinner are included. We charge $75 per night and discounts or even available for stay over is over three days long.
We even provide daytime cat watcher that is care of your cat during the day time when you are at your work. You will receive at least 4 to 5 30-minute checks in per day and $85 per day is charged and again discounts are available for 3 days long stay over.
We do not push our clients to schedule checkups for cats every day while they are away. As cat parent's you know what your little one needs the most. We are not responsible for anything that may happen in your home between pet sitting, dog walking sessions while you are away. We are not a responsible to replace damaged furniture, articles, buildings, personal items that is damaged by any pets or policy covers only damages caused directly by the sitter, walker.
The bills will be sent on Monday noon and the payment method will be billed automatically at 5 PM. Clients are free to leave cash or cheque but should also inform us. We prepare the bill once the services are rendered on Mondays. If services are scheduled from Sunday to Saturday in any week clients will not be billed for those dates until the following Monday. If the client has more work than private walks done group walk per week then we have reserved the right to bill again and the invoices are generally fixed by Saturday noon.
We ask our clients two sets of keys. Keys can we left with doormann. If one set is provided and the sitter loses misplaces the key then we will try to obtain keys from an emergency contact if no emergency contact is given or the emergency contact is not available, we will contact the client but are not responsible for any key replacement lock replacement or any other key issues. Clients should ensure that the keys and the locks are working properly. If the sister cannot access your home because of your lock or key is not working properly then you will be charged for full pet sitting, cat sitting appointment.
Under our cancellation policy you may cancel two hours prior to short term Pet sits and two hours prior for the dog walks will be free of cost but after that point you will be charged the entire service. For overnight care the cancellation should be 48 hours prior and cancellations after maybe charged a fee of about 50% to 100%.
If we take your pet to vet Due to any medical emergency which is obviously outside of our care then you will be 100% financially responsible for all the medical bills.

If you cancel two hours before the schedule time for a dog walking service then the cancel charge will be free of cost otherwise you may have to pay additional fee for cancelling if you do not cancel this service two hours prior to the schedule time. For our short term pet sits the 2 hour cancel window is also in place. For long term pet sits please cancel 48 hours prior.

All the invoices are generated automatically for the service you have asked for. Clients are automatically billed on each Saturday.
We are following all the guidelines provided by the CDC and New York State. All the sitters and walkers are required to wear face masks while visiting the home, visiting your pet or taking your pet for a walk on the streets.. Staffs are required to self-report if they are sick and are paid for any related covid time off to promote safety in our numbers
